You do. The page lives on slatecre.com under a permanent URL we hand off to you. You can keep it live as a portfolio piece, archive it, or take it down the day you close. Your call, no extra cost.
02 What if my deal trades before five days are up?
Lucky you. We finish the build anyway and hand it over for the next listing, or refund the unused half of your deposit. No clawbacks, no hostage situations.
03 Can I send buyers a PDF too?
Yes. Every package includes a print friendly PDF version generated from the live page, watermarked with the buyer name. Send the link, attach the PDF, cover both inboxes that still treat attachments like the gold standard.
04 How accurate is the data extraction?
Every number on the page traces back to a source document. We verify rent roll totals against the T12, lease dates against the lease abstracts, and flag any conflict before publishing. You sign off on everything before a single buyer sees the link.
05 Do you work outside Philadelphia?
